Customers who provide a mobile number to a repair shop using CircleLogix may receive transactional text messages about estimates, approvals, repair updates, reminders, and invoice availability. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance if supported.

How Customers Opt In

Customers opt in to transactional SMS by providing their mobile phone number to the shop during service intake or by requesting delivery of an estimate or invoice by text. CircleLogix is used for operational service communication only. Marketing SMS is not sent through this workflow unless a shop separately collects and manages that consent outside of CircleLogix.

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive transactional SMS about your repair order, approvals, updates, reminders, and invoice notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
2. Customer Requests Text Delivery
Send estimate or invoice by SMS
Example use: the customer asks the service advisor to text the estimate or invoice link directly to the mobile number provided on file.
3. Transactional Follow-Up

Customer Help and Opt-Out
