SMS and Messaging Privacy
CircleLogix supports transactional messaging for repair-related communication. Shops are responsible for collecting and maintaining lawful customer consent before using SMS features. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can reply STOP to opt out of SMS and HELP for assistance if supported by the sending provider.
CircleLogix does not sell phone numbers or customer contact details. Messaging data is used to deliver the requested communication, keep a delivery record, and support compliance or troubleshooting.
Sharing and Service Providers
CircleLogix uses third-party service providers to support the platform, such as hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, payments, telematics, and AI-assisted services. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to deliver the service requested by the shop.
